Our Providers

I provide individual therapy for adults 18+. I've been told by past clients that I'm honest, genuine, compassionate, understanding and help them feel comfortable enough to discuss their deepest thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I will help you identify and work on your goals, improve your relationships and live a more satisfying life. I'm not afraid to laugh and have fun with you during session and also celebrate your successes.
I graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Psychology and Masters in Social Work and have over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I started my career working at the VA with veterans struggling with substance abuse and mental health and then at a group practice working with mainly women struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions.
